What will the portal link be in SuiteOp?

To send your guest portal links in SuiteOp's Automated Messages, use the variable @Booking Code to make each link unique to the reservation.

  • With a custom domain: subdomain.customdomain/@Booking Code

  • Without a custom domain: app.suiteop.com/reservation/@Booking Code


Create automated messages

To automatically send each guest their portal link, create automated messages in SuiteOp under Dashboard > Automated Messages. Because each link is unique to the reservation, you can create one set of messages and assign them to all properties. Below are examples of messages to create.


Booking Confirmation

When: On Booking Creation Date

How: Email

Conditions:

  • The Booking Status is not Cancelled or Scheduled for Cancellation or No Show

  • The Booking is not an extension

  • The Booking is Check-in Ready


Subject: Thank you for booking!

Hi @Guest First Name!

Your reservation is confirmed for @Property Marketing Headline. We've included your reservation details below.

Arrival: @Arrival Date Departure: @Departure Date Number of Nights: @No. of Nights Number of Guests: @No. of Guests

To unlock your check-in instructions, complete your pre-check-in ahead of your stay: πŸ‘‰ https://app.suiteop.com/reservation/@Booking Code

Pre-Check-In Reminder

When: 3 days before arrival

How: Email

Conditions:

  • The Booking Status is not Cancelled or Scheduled for Cancellation or No Show

  • The Booking is not an extension

  • The Booking is Check-in Ready

  • The Lead Time is greater than or equal to 3 nights
