What will the portal link be in SuiteOp?
To send your guest portal links in SuiteOp's Automated Messages, use the variable @Booking Code to make each link unique to the reservation.
With a custom domain:
subdomain.customdomain/@Booking CodeWithout a custom domain:
app.suiteop.com/reservation/@Booking Code
Create automated messages
To automatically send each guest their portal link, create automated messages in SuiteOp under Dashboard > Automated Messages. Because each link is unique to the reservation, you can create one set of messages and assign them to all properties. Below are examples of messages to create.
Booking Confirmation
When: On Booking Creation Date
How: Email

The Booking Status is not
CancelledorScheduled for CancellationorNo ShowThe Booking is not an extension
The Booking is Check-in Ready
